makamys 7ee32c62d3 Merge devcompat module into compat 
It was kept separate to make it easy to apply the dev compat tweaks in dev
environments without having to mess with config files, but this is unnecessary
now that you can set config values via JVM flags.

makamys 58bb4137f0 Fix the LWJGL3ify compat ForgeGradle style 
Reobfuscating the MixinExtras module is what breaks it. So don't do that, and
don't run the reobf task for the all jar either, just collect the contents
of all the obf jars.

makamys df12ab3ef3 Generate GTNH-relocated MixinExtras at runtime 
This preserves backwards compatibility while making new mods fail to compile if
they try to reference the old package.
