Add computer interface to Particle Generator
...
This allows controlling the Particle Generator via a computer from ComputerCraft or OpenComputers.
The API is relatively straightforward and consists of only three methods:
setGeneratorProperty()
getGeneratorProperty()
resetGeneratorState()
The properties have the same name as is shown in the GUI.

Fix IntelliJ fix
...
The original fix resulted in every file being put twice into the mod jar when building outside of IntelliJ (using `./gradlew` for example).
