问题: gtnhsettingsconvention 以 settings 目录名派生 projectName, act runner 下目录名固定 hostexecutor 导致 artifact 名错位
改动: 显式写死 rootProject.name
验证: CI publish 产物坐标应为 site.potatolab.tdlm:slashblade-laemmle
