改动: secrets: inherit 与 uses 键对齐
验证: dispatch API 恢复 204, run 正常创建

fix(ci): caller 传递 org secrets (generic package 上传需 token)
问题: build-release 上传改走 Gitea generic package 后, caller 未传 secrets 导致 401
改动: build.yml 加 secrets: inherit (git add -f 防仓内 gitignore 忽略 .gitea)
验证: 重派发后上传步 HTTP 201

fix(ci): 补 gradlew 执行位
Build / build (push) Failing after 7m3s
问题: gradlew 提交时为 100644, checkout 后无执行权限, CI 误判无 wrapper 回退系统 gradle 报 command not found (exit 127)
改动: gradlew git mode 100644 -> 100755, 内容不变
验证: ls-files -s 显示 100755; CI 重跑应走 ./gradlew 路径

build(slashblade-birdblade): Daemon JVM criteria 钉 JDK 25
问题: 构建进程 JVM 依赖各机器 JAVA_HOME, 换环境漂移
改动: updateDaemonJvm --jvm-version=25 生成 gradle-daemon-jvm.properties(criteria 优先于 JAVA_HOME/org.gradle.java.home)
验证: JAVA_HOME=Zulu8 下 assemble 全绿(daemon 实跑 JDK25); 产物全部 major=52

chore(slashblade-birdblade): 删除过时的 compile-decompiled.sh 与 build.sh
- 删除 compile-decompiled.sh 及包装它的 build.sh
- 脚本内 /root/modsource 绝对路径 classpath 已失效
- 仓库已有完整的 gradle 构建链，直接 ./gradlew build 即可

@Fix SlashBlade API deobfuscation and repoint deps to real SlashBlade/Botania
Compile-error fixes (deobfuscated func_/field_ references -> real SlashBlade API method names):
- ItemSlashBlade / EntityDrive / MotionVector / StunTracker / Refine / Trail / Combo
- DataWatcher parameters: ItemSlashBlade.stack -> SlashBlade.getSpecialAttackFromState, etc.
- Replaced call sites pointed at SlashBlade stub with real SlashBlade mc1.7.10-r87 API
Dependencies updated:
- SlashBlade 1.0.0-stub -> mods.flammpfeil.slashblade:SlashBlade:mc1.7.10-r87 (real, MavenLocal)
- botania-stub -> com.github.GTNewHorizons:Botania:1.13.16-GTNH:dev (real, JitPack/GTNH Maven)
compileJava + publishToMavenLocal both green.
