Fixed occasional crash when the Knowledge Inscriber GUI was clicked.
Added locked/unlocked texture & indicator to storage monitors.
Fixed bug where autocrafting gui didn't always show the item being
crafted.
Fixed and cleaned up some gui sync issues. (will this never end?!)
